Neurodivergence in Education £620
The training covers different peoples' experiences of being neurodivergent and the ways in which they can be best supported within an education setting. Learning more about how neurodivergent students process the world, empowers you and your approach, improves the students' learning experience (including their mental health), and as a consequence enables them and the education setting to thrive.

Whole school/college inclusive systems £1800
A workshop totaling 7 hours over two time points (usually within 8 weeks), learning about best practice for neurodivergence. Aimed at Head teachers/senior leadership team/governors. Thinking together as a leadership team for your setting to be more inclusive, going beyond neurodivergence, but ensuring you have ND policy/process and procedure in place; including topics of "behaviour policy", timetabling, school environment, attendance, uniform, homework, safeguarding, empowering colleagues, deploying additional adults/maximising impact of Teaching Assistants, collaborating with ND community. School leaders feel empowered to reflect, discuss and action truly inclusive whole school systems. Staff wellbeing and retention £620
Two hour live workshop. Aimed at leadership and supervisors. Wellbeing vs workload conundrum? If staff are happier and feel like they belong, they become more effective. How do we ensure we can employ resilient staff and keep great staff throughout their career? Bring stability and clarity to the workforce through positive impact on wellbeing for all staff. Ensure leaders feel confident making a difference and being able to measure the impact by retaining good staff.

Microtransitions £620
Two hour live workshop. Aimed at all staff i.e. teachers, SENCO, additional adults, leadership. Topics covered: moving through the school day, thinking about our children and their context prior to school, moment to moment i.e. break to maths, classroom to assembly, and how to support the transition home. Identify, reflect and trouble shoot as educators to support pupils to navigate all the small changes through the school day. Family, pupils and school to feel more confident in microtransitions.

Macrotransitions £620
Two hour live workshop. Aimed at early years/year 6 teams and the SENCO and anyone involved in the schools transitions processes. We will discuss topics of; moving up to school, moving to secondary school, children who move into the schools catchment. Providing ideas and suggestions of how to work collaboratively to ensure ND children get a safe, effective and optimal transition in and out of your school. School to learn best practice in processes, tools and ideas for ND pupils to transition effectively and safely. Family, pupils and school to feel more confident in macrotransitions.

Safeguarding and neurodivergence £620
Two hour live workshop. Aimed at teachers, safeguarding lead, SENCO, and leadership team. Topic: signs/symptoms of ND children abuse/neglect, safeguarding vulnerable ND adults e.g. ND parents, how best to support all involved. Safeguarding teams and senior leaders feel more confident with contextual safeguarding involving neurodivergent families and children. Feel empowered to communicate effectively with neurodivergent families around safeguarding. More awareness of the nuances within SEND and safeguarding.

High quality teaching strategies £900
Three hour live workshop.Aimed at teachers and teaching assistants, focussed on inclusion for all in the classroom! Applied real world strategies of adapting teaching practice so all can be included in the learning. Teachers and assistants will feel confident to try universal strategies in the classroom to ensure that the mainstream classroom is truly inclusive.

Generalising ELSA £620
Two hour live workshop. Aimed at teachers and teaching assistants. Many of our ND children are having additional emotional literacy support, but how is this getting applied throughout our children's days in and out of school? Emotional Literacy for all can have a significant impact on regulation and increase learning time. *Note this is not ELSA training.

Supporting Neurodivergent staff £620
Two hour live workshop. If we truly are a neuroinclusive school then the way we recruit, manage and support our ND employees is vital. Our ND children need to see ND adults thriving in the school workplace! Aimed at Senior management and HR. Feel confident with all stages of recruitment and management of neurodivergent candidates and employees. Ensure all reasonable adjustments are in place, raise awareness and support wellbeing for a happier workforce.

Maximising resource- additional adults £620
Two hour live workshop. Investing in our teaching assistants and support staff. What resources do we need for them to best support our children? How do we do it differently to impact children's learning outcomes? Aimed at SENCO, senior leadership and team leads. Increase impact of additional adults to improve outcomes for all children.
